Delivery

All parcels will be delivered via Pos Laju only unless stated in the product description in case we need to use other method of delivery.
Courier and handling charges below 1KG is RM12.00 for Peninsular Malaysia, RM15.00 for Sarawakand RM17.00 for Sabah unless stated in the product description in case we need to increase the courier and handling charges. Courier and handling charges will increase RM10.00 by KG.
We only send out parcels on business days from Monday to Friday except Public Holidays.
All parcels will only be couriered out after the full and correct payment is received and tracking number will be provided for your reference.
Please do allow time frame at least two (2) to three (3) business days for delivery after you have made your payment.
Please do inform us via e-mail immediately with your tracking number provided to you earlier if you do not receive your parcel after five (5) days from the date of your payment.

We holds no responsibility on damage or loss of the items and parcels attributed to mishandling of courier service company during transistion. In case of any incident or dispute, buyer can always submit claims to the relevant courier company.
